Description
A set of Real Colors lacquer based paints featuring four colors needed for painting models of aircraft camouflaged in the Day Fighter Scheme, which was adopted by the RAF Fighter Command in August 1941 and remained in use until 1947 (in practice even until the end of the 1940s). This includes the Dark Green and Ocean Grey upper surface colors, Medium Sea Grey underside color and Sky color used for painting tail bands and propeller spinners. Day Fighter Scheme was also carried by Mosquito bomber variants. Dark Green and Medium Sea Grey colors were used for painting RAF night fighter aircraft from the autumn of 1942 until the early 1950s. Includes: RC960 RAF Dark Green + RC962 RAF Ocean Grey + RC963 RAF Medium Sea Grey + RC964 RAF Sky
